Avitale Cinnamon Capsules are a dietary supplement with Ceylon cinnamon powder and vitamins C and E as well as zinc and chromium to support normal blood-sugar levels and carbohydrate metabolism.

Zimt ist eines der ältesten Gewürze: Bereits aus vorchristlicher Zeit stammen erste Überlieferungen und auch im alten Testament wurde Zimt mehrfach genannt. Anfang des 16. Jahrhunderts kam der Ceylonzimt durch die Portugiesen nach Europa. Echter Zimt zeichnet sich durch einen stark aromatischen Duft und einen süßlichen, charakteristischen Geschmack aus.

Die Vitamine C + E, die Mineralstoffe Zink + Chrom: Notwendig für viele Körperfunktionen

Vitamin C und E können vom Körper nicht selbst produziert werden und müssen regelmäßig mit der Nahrung aufgenommen werden. Beide Vitamine ergänzen einander, so trägt Vitamin C zur Regeneration der reduzierten Form von Vitamin E bei. Zusammen mit Zink sind sie wichtige Antioxidantien für den Organismus, da sie als Radikalfänger dazu beitragen, die Zellen vor oxidativem Stress zu schützen.

Auch die Mineralstoffe Zink und Chrom müssen über die Nahrung aufgenommen werden und sind als sogenannte Spurenelemente in Lebensmitteln enthalten. Chrom trägt zur Aufrechterhaltung eines normalen Blutzuckerspiegels bei und Zink unterstützt einen normalen Kohlenhydrat-Stoffwechsel. Beide Mineralstoffe leisten einen Beitrag zu einem normalen Stoffwechsel von Makronährstoffen. Zink trägt außerdem zu einem normalen Säure-Basen-Stoffwechsel bei. Vitamin C erhöht die Eisenaufnahme.

Vitamin C und Zink leisten einen Beitrag zu einer normalen Funktion des Immunsystems und Vitamin C unterstützt außerdem einen normalen Energiestoffwechsel.
