Avitale Direkt-Spray Vitamin B12 mit feinem Zitronen-Minzgeschmack wird einmal täglich angewendet. Mit nur 2x sprühen nimmt man exakt 1000μg hochdosiertes Vitamin B12 in Form von Methylcobalamin zu sich.

Vitamin B12 ist ein essenzielles, wasserlösliches Vitamin, das viele wichtige Funktionen im menschlichen Körper erfüllt. Daher ist eine Versorgung für das Wohlbefinden notwendig.

Es ist hauptsächlich in tierischen Produkten enthalten, in pflanzlichen Lebensmitteln kommt es nur selten und in geringen Mengen vor. Für Menschen, die sich vegetarisch oder vegan ernähren, ist es daher schwierig, eine ausreichende Menge an Vitamin B12 durch die Nahrung aufzunehmen.
