Vitamin D ist an vielen Funktionen im Körper beteiligt. Faktoren wie die geographische Lage und die Jahreszeit können die Vitamin-D-Produktion und -Aufnahme beeinflussen. Ein guter Vitamin D-Spiegel ist für das Wohlbefinden unverzichtbar.

Funktionen von Vitamin D3 im Körper

Vitamin D trägt zu einer normalen Funktion des Immunsystems bei und hat eine Funktion bei der Zellteilung. Es unterstützt die Erhaltung normaler Knochen und Muskelfunktionen und leistet einen Beitrag zur Erhaltung normaler Zähne. Weiterhin trägt Vitamin D zu einer normalen Aufnahme bzw. Verwertung von Calcium und Phosphor bei und leistet einen Beitrag zu einem normalen Calciumspiegel im Blut.

Spray directly into the mouth 1 x daily for a dosage of 1000 I.E. vitamin D3. For a daily requirement of 2000 I.E. vitamin D3, spray directly into the mouth 2 x daily.

Shake well before each use. Before the first use, press the pump a few times until the spray mist is even. Close with the cap after use. Rinse the pump if it becomes clogged.

Coconut Oil, Peppermint Oil, Orange Peel Oil, Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol)

The daily allowance (1 spray) contains:

25 μg vitamin D3 = 1000 I.E. (500% NRV*)
2 sprays contain 50 μg vitamin D3 = 2000 I.E. (1000% NRV*)

NRV* = % of the nutrient reference value in accordance with the EU Regulation on Food Information to Consumers

Please do not use this product if you suffer from hypercalcemia (abnormally high calcium levels in the blood) and/or hypercalciuria (abnormally high calcium levels in the urine). Please consult your physician before taking this product with coumarin-based anti-coagulants. When taking thiazide diuretics, this should be taken into account in terms of vitamin D dosage as it can lead to increased calcium levels.
